I had pasted a text box on the page and it landed at the far up left corner
of the page.
It is invisible on the monitor, yet it prints.

Can someone, please, tell me how to get rid of this unwanted text box.

Does it show up in Print Preview?

I'm wondering if it might have gone into the header/footer layer, and that's
why you're not seeing it. If this is the case, then it should show up in
Print Preview (or possibly when you choose View - Header or Footer),
allowing you to select it and delete it.
