I have an assignment to do-a consulting report. How do I formulate or design
a consulting report? What are the basics? Where can I find a simple template
(classical) business report giving me the particulars?

Presumably, you're expected to find out what's in a "consulting report".
(I've been a consultant for 20 years and never heard of it, but rock on!)
