Default Header problem

I am using Word 2003. I have a document that I added graphics and text in
the header. If I open the document after I saving it. The header will look
at exactly the way I last saved it, but if someone else opens the file, the
header will look different (i.e. not the entire text of graphic is visible).
Any help would be appreciated.
