I need to create a document that has the first page showing Letterhead and
following pages showing the follow-on pages. ie. the first page has Company
Logo / Business name Address / Phone / ABN etc. All following pages within
the letter should only display the Company Logo. I have both these pages as
two separate documents. How do I combine them???

You can do one of two things. Either put the company logo and addy info into
the header and save as a document template or put it at top of the document
in the body and create fields for standard things like date, salutation,
etc., and save as a document template (.dot)
