Default Endnote Links Not Converting to PDF

All of our documents in the company use Microsoft Words Endnote feature for
references in the documents. When we create a pdf file from the Word file,
however, the links in the Table of Contents work but the endnotes link always
jumps to the end of the document. Does anyone have any idea how I can get
these to work?

Thanks,

That would depend on whether the PDF creation program is set up to read
and convert those links. You should ask people who are experts in that
program, it's not a Word issue.
