I have just got a new PC with Word and Access 2007 loaded. Existing merge
files that used to run in 2000 and 2003 are now not working properly. Word
finds all records in a larger query rather than linking to the specific
filtered query, e.g. Word is finding the query of whole membership list of
873 records, rather than the query that finds only those records where no
payment has been recieved for 2007 membership (234).

I have also tried recreating the letters and queries from scratch, without
any luck.

Any ideas?
