Default Spell Checker misses a Paragraph?

In a legal document a paralegal typed the work Husband as 'Hsuband'. the
attorney was concerned that Word did not catch this error and brought it to
my attention. I found that I can make more spelling errors in that paragraph
and the spell checker misses them, however, other errors are found in other
sections of the document. Any Ideas?

Perhaps that particular paragraphs is set to not have it spell checked.
Click anywhere in that paragraph and click on Tools | Language | Set Language
and see if it is checked to not check spelling and grammar.

Open the document. Select the problem paragraph, or press Ctrl+A to
select all of the text. Click on Tools | Language | Set Language | Mark
selected text as: choose your language | uncheck the "Do not check
spelling or grammar" and "Detect language automatically" boxes | OK.
Press F7 to rerun spellcheck.
