This is going to depend on the printer. In File | Print, explore all
possible options that show up on the drop down menu that by default shows Copies & Pages (equivalent of printer properties). For my Brother printer, it's under Print Settings. For an HP, it seems to be under HP Image Quality. For a Kyocera, it's under Printer Features. Also, it's better to post Mac Word questions to the Mac specific groups, as there are not so many Mac users here. See here for Google/Entourage gateway to newsgroups for MacWord, MacExcel, and other MS programs for the Mac: http://www.microsoft.com/mac/community/community.aspx?pid=newsgroups anneirene wrote: How can I print in draft quality using Word:mac 2004?
