I have saved or logged an Instant Message from Yahoo to Microsoft Word
Document. I have done this with the permission of the other person in the
conversation. I would like to revise that document to use in a manuscript I
am preparing, but I want to keep the aninimity of my friend secure. I intend
or want to use first and last name initials wherever my friend's name appears
in the IM without having to cut and enter those initials in each instance.
What is the best way to do this to save me the time and effort? I was hoping
that there was some sort of add-in that I could use with a "Smart Tag".
