When I start Word I get File not found DVZAddim.dll under a header under the
header Microsoft Visual Basic. I press the help key and it tells me the feature is not found and do I want to add it. I don't know if it's good for me or not. If I ignore it and close the original popup the word programme seems to work ok. What is it, Do I need it if I don't use Visual Basic and how can I get it to stop bothering me!!? Thanks |

In Word, click on Tools | Options | File Locations, and note the
location of your Word startup folder. Close Word. Start My Computer or Windows Explorer, and browse to your Word startup folder. Delete the DVZ(something).dot file from the startup folder. billy_bags wrote: When I start Word I get File not found DVZAddim.dll under a header under the header Microsoft Visual Basic. In Windows Explorer or My Computer, turn on display of hidden files and
folders in Windows Explorer or My Computer by clicking on Tools | Folder Options | View tab | click the "Show hidden files and folders" radio button | OK. Then search your hard drive for the DVZ*.dot files, and delete it(them). billy_bags wrote: Thanks - I did that and it still shows when I start word.. Thanks but search revealed nothing. I followed your instructions. I also did
a search on *.dot, with 1 result but that was a template that I had set up in 2004 and this has only started within the ;last 6 months.
