Default How do I place scrolling text on my webpage with MS Word 2003?

and that it has not been deleted moved or I am having a problem putting
scrolling text on my webpage with Ms Word 2003. Everytime I click on the
button to add it in, an error message that says :

" This object was created in MARQUEE.
This application is not available to open this object.
Make sure the application is properly installed and has not been deleted,
moved, or renamed. "

My question is: what does that mean? I was really excited to use it, and now
I can't, so I'm sad.

Please Help Me!
