My son was using my Word 2007 and somehow add to dictionary was disabled on
spell check. How can I enable it? Any help would be appreciated.

I think it's TOOLSOPTIONSSPELLING&GRAMMAR and select checkbox?

Thanks for the reply but it still doesnt work. Im going to re-install Word
2007 and see if that works.

My son was using my Word 2007 and somehow add to dictionary was disabled on
spell check.

This will happen if the language of the text and that of the custom dictionary
don't match. What language is the text where "Add to dictionary" isn't
available? And if you then look in Word Options/Proofing/Custom dictionaries
what languages are listed for the available *.dic files?
