e-mailed attached files are read-only. why?
file attachments in outlook, i.e., .doc or .xls open as read-only (Office
2003). also, similar files downloaded from cd or floppy open as read-only. files were i cannot replicate the same phenomenon on any other p.c. in the office. problem started without warning past 48 hrs. how can i corrrect? |
