If the "blank lines" are empty paragraphs, you can select and delete them
(display nonprinting characters to make this easier). If the space is created by Spacing Before/After (Format | Paragraph), then you need to remove that. -- Suzanne S. Press Ctrl+Shift+8 to display nonprinting marks. If your blank lines
