Hi All,

My customer has a really weird problem. She has a word template. When she
move the .dot file from c:\documents and settings\her name\application
data\Microsoft\templates, the entire word file work fine. But when she move
the file back, the footer paragraph space setting of all the word files had
been changed to 3Pt/3pt which is 0/0 before. I open the template file. the
footer setting of the file is 0pt/0pt. Please tell me how to fix it.

I'd ask my customer why she keeps moving the file.
