I am in a computer lab that I'm pretty sure does not have autorecovery, I
have just written a whole paper and was about to save it. I minimized it, and now it won't come back up. I click it and it appears to think that it IS maximized. I also have gone to the start button and tried to open microsoft word 2003 from there and it is a no go. help?! |

When you right-click on the document, do your choices include Minimize and
Maximize but not Restore? If so, it's open in a normal window offscreen. Open any other window, right-click on an empty area of the Taskbar, and choose Cascade. This should bring the window back in view. Use the mouse to size and move it to your preference, then quit Word. When you restart Word, the window should be where you left it. -- Suzanne S.
