Default How do I have selected portions of a word document not print with.

I am creating a Project Charter in word. On the "cover" page, I have typed
directions regarding how the document is to be completed. I do not want these
directions to appear when the completed document is printed. Is there a way
to achieve this?

Not easily. There are fancy tricks with macros and hidden text, but don't go
there.

Pandora's Box might be overstating it; but it is, in truth, disproportionate
effort for the return. Apart from anything else, with all recent versions of
Word, the security issues with distributing documents with macros have
become something of an Augean Stable.
