What size are the pages? Google didn't turn up much, but one patent entry
suggested that some are business card-sized. -- Suzanne S. In that case your best bet is to plan the layout on a sheet of paper,
drawing lines to indicate the page boundaries. Then go to Tools | Envelopes and Labels. 1. On the Labels tab, click Options. 2. In the Label Options dialog, find a sheet of labels the right size with a similar number of labels (this step isn't vital, but it saves time). 3. Click the New Label button and enter the appropriate dimensions for your "labels." Since you will presumably be cutting the pages apart with a single cut (there will be no space between them), the width and horizontal pitch will be the same, as will the height and vertical pitch. The top and side margins can be calculated as half of the difference between the total height/width of the paper and the sum of the heights/widths of your pages. 4. Give your "label" a name and save it (you'll later find it listed under Other/Custom). 5. Select the label, if necessary, and click OK. 6. In the Labels dialog, click New Document to get a sheet of the "labels." They'll be set up as a table, so make sure you have table gridlines displayed (Table | Show Gridlines) so you can see the page boundaries. Another approach would be just to set up a table with the appropriate number of rows and columns, using exact row height and fixed column width, but the advantage of using the Labels dialog is that it gets around the issues of margins possibly outside the printable area, needing an empty paragraph below the table, etc. Word's "magic" handles all these things for you when you create labels. -- Suzanne S.
