when in a Word document, viewing "final including markup", in a header which
is one row of a table with 4 columns, there is a "formatted: left" box, with a dotted line. Right-clicking on the box highlights the left-most table cell; then clicking on "accept format change" highlights the entire header -- but the "formatted: left" box remains. What gives .. and how to fix this?? Thanks! |

Hi ?B?TWFya19pbl9CZWxnaXVt?=,
when in a Word document, viewing "final including markup", in a header which is one row of a table with 4 columns, there is a "formatted: left" box, with a dotted line. Right-clicking on the box highlights the left-most table cell; then clicking on "accept format change" highlights the entire header -- but the "formatted: left" box remains. Which version of Word are we discussing, here? In a general way, if I get this kind of behavior, it usually helps to select the entire row/paragraph, then choose "Accept all changes".
