Is there any way to protect a document which contains a form so that users
will be limited to data entry, but also be able to add a row to the table, run spell/grammar check, and use the find/replace function? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks. |

Gail:
If you create separate sections in your document, when you protect the document for forms, you'll have the option of protecting or not on a section-by-section basis. (There's a Section button that opens a check box list.) Put your table or other "free form text" areas in a different section from your form fields, clear their checkboxes when you protect the document, and you'll be able to add rows or do find and replace in the unprotected section.
