Default Font size will not change in Word

Cannot change font size by any fomatting method used in Word.

Default Font size will not change in Word

If you select the text, then select a font size in the dropdown box (or type
in a custom size and press Enter), the font size does not change? If so,
make sure you're not in Normal view with "Draft font" selected (Tools |
Options | View).
