Hi All!
I am automating Word/Excel 2007 in VC++ using type lib of Office-97 on "Windows Vista Ultimate" machine. Whenever i am opening any document in Word/Excel using my software, it gives an error "The requested member of the collection does not exist.", at first run. But, after closing and running the software again, it runs successfully but in compatibility mode. Is there any way to run the software successfully all the time? Thanks in advance. Regards, Zia |

This is obviously a programming issue. You have posted to an end user NG
(the ultimate end user NG--dubbed Word General Questions in Microsoft's Web portal). You'll probably get more help posting to one of the microsoft.public.word.vba hierarchy of NGs. Or you might at least try microsoft.public.word.application.errors. -- Suzanne S.
