status bar work 2007
I have customized the status bar to display the page, section, page of page.
The problem is that the display does not change when I move from page to page and section to section so I cannot tell what section or page I am actually in. I need this info so I can print separate sections as I keep notes on clients. Is there a bug with the status bar? Is there something I am missing to ask the status bar to tell me where in the document I might be for printing specific pages in specific sections? Thanks |

Are you in Web or Draft view, by any chance? Try setting the view to Print
Layout. Does this make those items appear? -- Herb Tyson MS MVP Author of the Word 2007 Bible Blog: http://word2007bible.herbtyson.com Web: http://www.herbtyson.com "attapouch" wrote in message ... Sometimes the status bar is lazy in updating (when the whole document has
not been paginated.) Try pushing CTRL+END to go to the end of the document and force a repagination and then SHIFT+F5 to get back to where you where. "Herb Tyson [MVP]" wrote in message ...
