I am indexing names as in: last name, first name middle initial.
However, I am getting spotty results. First - the indexed names do not all show in the final index. Second, the quotes within the indexed fields are different which sometimes results in whether the indexed names show up (but not always). Lastly, what is in the indexed field may not be representative of what is stored internally in Word...as in there is a "/" put at the end of some indexed fields after the " but before the bracket - this only seems to show up on mark all - but I can't seem to regenerate it. I am using Word 2007. Help. -- Sue |
