I opened a Word Document that I change quarterly, and when I changed it and
accepted those changes, it saved over top of every version copy of that document (5 versions). Now I have 5 copies of this document, not just the changes. Does anyone know why this is happening? |

Hi ?B?Y3ludGpvbmVz?=,
I opened a Word Document that I change quarterly, and when I changed it and accepted those changes, it saved over top of every version copy of that document (5 versions). Now I have 5 copies of this document, not just the changes. Does anyone know why this is happening? Because the versioning feature is unstable. Don't use it. Use File/Save As to save different versions of a document.
