I am using Office 2003 - when I merge with an Excel database, and then go to
the Mail Merge Recipients to edit it, the Edit button is greyed out. Am I missing something? Any advice appreciated. |

You are not missing anything that all other users of Word 2003 are missing
to a greater or lesser extent. I you want to edit the data source, in your case, use Excel. -- Please respond to the Newsgroup for the benefit of others who may be interested.
