I have a 40 page technical document that paginates fine until page 33; then
the numbers jump to back to 17 and continue on with 18, etc. There are several section breaks that change format from portrait to landscape and back again. Pagination is fine through all these different sections. There is a section break to change from landscape to portrait on the previous page (page 33). I have tried changing the footer on the first incorrectly numbered page to not copy the footer from the previous section, deleted and reinserted page numbers using the footer toolbar page button AND tried by using "insert page numbers". In both cases the page numbering reverts to 17 instead of 34. Any clues on what's wrong here? My last option is to manually insert page numbers to the end of the document outside of a footer. -- LAC |
