I'm using Word 2003 and found that some blog changed after save the file to
text format with UTF8 encoding.

In the past, we always save the text with windows default encoding, and
import to our system, but after upgrade our system, it support UTF8 encoding
and we need to change the encoding to UTF8, some blog in text, however,
change to other character after saving to text file with UTF8 encoding, for
example, a blog in square bracket change to []], [f], [p], [o] etc. I don't
know why this happening, did anyone has encounter this problems already?
