Default Save a Word document to multiple folders?

How do I (teacher) save a Word document to multiple folders (students) at the
same time?

This is really question about file distribution.

Thnaks to your response:
However, when I followed the link you provided, it opened onto a blank page.

I tried again, one level up - also a blank page.

I pasted your link into the IE browser - received a "page not available"
message.
Pasted in your .com address: same results - page not available.

Having trouble with your site?

Try again later - the web host seems to be having a minor problem.
