Default In Word can i set up facility to recognise repeated phrase?

I would like to know if there is an option to set up repeated phrase
recognition in Word. I have seen facility in Excel.

Yes - In Word prior to 2007 what you are looking for is called AutoText. In
Word 2007 the feature is "redesigned" and comes under the category of
Building Blocks. Either is described in Word Help.

Post back with any specific questions & always state what version of the
program you're using.
