Default disable sticky keys

How do I disable sticky sticky keys so that they stay permanently disabled? I
recently got an upgrade to the latest versions of Windows and Office. The
sticky keys are driving me insane.

Default disable sticky keys

In Windows Control Panel | Accessibility Options, there are check boxes you
can clear to disable the keyboard shortcuts that enable these options. Press
the Settings button beside StickyKeys to access these check boxes.
