odd print happenings
Hello,
Once in a while when I print a Word document, the document will print on the upper left side of the page and will be about 75% in size. I have checked the print settings, I called the computer guy at work (he has no idea what is happening, but he supposedly fixed it the first time it happened). Today I went to print a document and it happened again. What could it be, and how would I fix it. |

The usual reason is that the document contains "markup" (tracked changes or
comments), and Word is allowing margin space for the "balloons" if they are enabled (Tools | Options | Track Changes). You can either remove the markup by accepting all changes and deleting all comments, or you can switch to Final view before printing or select "Document" rather than "Document with markup" in the Print dialog. -- Suzanne S.
