I just installed Microsoft Office 2007 Pro. Obvious words can be misspelled
such as JSJSdjk or akdkj jas, and Word does not catch them: neither on "as you type", not when I do a spell check. It was working before I upgraded from Home & Student Trial. *Editing Language is set to English (United States). English United States is the ONLY language selected as the computer language under control panel - regional settings *On Word Options - Proofing, the top 4 boxes are checked under both of the first two categories. "Hide spelling errors.." "Hide grammar errors..." are NOT checked. *Grammar mistakes ARE caught. I saw that there were other posts about this same problem. Since none of them had been resolved, I thought I would add my own. Has anyone come up with a fix? |
