Reclaim license on PCs no longer in use
What is the best method to reclaim a Microsoft application license on a PC
where the PC or drive has been replaced and the current user is not using the application? |

Depends on whether or not it's an OEM version.

Not OEM, off the shelf.

Reclaim license on PCs no longer in use
Uninstall from old computer, install on new one. Activate.
