When I print envelopes I get red ink and I want black.

I use Word 2002.
Using the Tools/Letters and mailings/Envelopes and Labels function... Click on Options. Click on Font (for whichever address is the problem). In the middle of the window is a drop down menu labeled Font Color. Automatic will give you basic black. Or have fun with color. Font size, etc. Good luck.
