Default Line Thickness

Hello, my Word document has lines in it. There seems to be no way at all to
changes the style and/or horizontal thickness of my lines! How do you
change the thickness/style of a line?

G'Day Patrick,

The LINEs are actually Paragraph Borders, associated with
the paragraph immediately preceding the line.

Place the insertion point on the line of text above the LINE (as
shown), and..
FormatParagraph
....where you can change the style and weight of the border.
