I have a user who is editing a shared document that she has full rights to
and when she makes an edit, it doesn't show up unless she clicks accept changes then it showes up. When she tries to delete a work, the curser moves through the word without removing it until she accepts changes from the Reviewing toolbar. |

If she doesn't want the changes tracked, she should turn Track Changes off.

Track changes needs to be on until her supervisor approves but right now it
isn't showing any changes until she accepts all, it is confusing and very hard to work with like this. "Suzanne S. It *is* showing the changes, and if she accepts them before her supervisor
approves, then she's defeating the purpose of Track Changes. If she just wants to see the results of her changes (while still allowing her supervisor to see what changes have been made), she can switch to Final view instead of Final Showing Markup. -- Suzanne S. I don't think you understand. I am aware of how "track changes" works. We use
them all the time but when this user tries to back out a word, the curser moves through the work without removing the word or striking it through...the curser just slides to the other side of the next letter of the word she is trying to remove. If she clicks in a spot and types a new word, it does not show up, in any way, form or fashion. Nothing shows up. She could make edits all over the document and it would still look exactly like it did before she started unless she clicks on "accept changes". Nothing shows in green or red or in a bubble, nothing....until she accepts all changes. "Suzanne S. They were set to none. Thank you so much. I looked at that and saw "colors"
from the other column and I though that was good and didn't realize the type had to be set. Thanks again. "Suzanne S.
