Default Inserting new chapter after Endnote

I am writing my thesis using word formatting.
I need to put my appendices after the references (endnote). I inserted
endnotes at the end of document and now Word won't let me change it. I don't
want to do all the references (120 references) again.
Any help on how to do it will be appreciated.

Default Inserting new chapter after Endnote

In Word 2003 or earlier: In the Insert-Break menu, insert a next-page
section break after the end of the text but before the endnotes. Then
click in the text section, and in the Insert-Reference menu, set the
endnotes to appear at the end of the section instead of at the end of
the document.
