Neither numbers nor lines print when using WORD 2007. WOrks fine in Word 2003.

Are the line numbers showing up in Print Preview? (And how are you turning
on "lines"?)

If you save the file as a pdf, do the line numbers and lines show up in the
resulting pdf file?
