I would like to create footnotes for a number of pages. So text on page 5
and 6 have references to the same footnotes. I do not want them to be displayed at the end of the document, but rather: a) at the end of each page b) at the end of a group of pages Any ideas how I can go about it? |

a) You can insert a footnote by pressing Ctrl+Alt+F. To set its options,
right-click the footnote paragraph and choose the note options from the context menu. b) To place notes after a group of pages, you will have to insert a section break after each of these groups. Press Ctrl+Alt+D to insert an endnote. Right-click the endnote paragraph to access the note options dialog box. Specify that notes should be placed at the end of section. To reference the same note a second time, insert a cross-reference to it. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "Jon" wrote: I would like to create footnotes for a number of pages.
