I have another question about creating an index. The formatting in the index
picks up on whatever the formatting is in the source text. So if the source text is bold, so is the index entry; if it's italics, so is the index entry; same with underlining. I am using the switches in some of my marking to turn the page number to bold or italic, but sometimes the whole line picks up on the source formatting, which really throws off the use of any marker formatting. Is there a way to tell the index not to use the formatting from the source text? Thanks. Jo |
