Default Import mail list Word 2007

Is there a way to import my mailing list from Outlook Express to Word 2007?
I checked the Help files with no assistance.
There seems to be a way to get the mailing list from Outlook but it seems to
require that Outlook be the default mail program. My Outlook version is
2003 and I don't use it. Outlook Express is my default mail program.

I don't see any option to import a wab file. I tried a CSV from Outlook but
it wanted me to separate the values. I chose a "," but it didn't work.

I now find that if I choose "Send" it brings up my default (Outlook Express)
address book so there is no need to import it to MS Word 2007.

It will not, however, work with the 'insert address' tool. For that you need
Outlook - and preferably Outlook 2007.
