Default format so when I start to type a certain phrase it completes it.

I have to type minutes for work and I constantly have to type "Department of
Clinical Process Improvement Correspondence" I know there is something I can
do so when I type De - the rest of it will automatically fill in for me. But
I can't figure out what it is.

Help!

The best plan would be to set up an Autocorrect entry. Set the trigger key
combination as something unique eg #de (so that it doesn't trigger when it
is unwanted) and then when you type #de the full text will be entered..

The alternative is Autotext, but that doesn't give you the prompt in Word
2007 and you will need to enter more characters than simply De.
