format so when I start to type a certain phrase it completes it.
I have to type minutes for work and I constantly have to type "Department of
Clinical Process Improvement Correspondence" I know there is something I can do so when I type De - the rest of it will automatically fill in for me. But I can't figure out what it is. Help! |

The best plan would be to set up an Autocorrect entry. Set the trigger key
combination as something unique eg #de (so that it doesn't trigger when it is unwanted) and then when you type #de the full text will be entered..
