How can I add spanish accent symbols to a word document? I have downloaded
the spanish language feature from MS office so it spell checks. But I would
like to know how to add accents, trills (sp?) etc. Thank you

It's easy: just go to the Insert menu, then "Symbol," and you'll find a whole
character set with Spanish accents. You can also assign the individual
letters with accents to a macro so you can just type a combination of
keystrokes (suc as ALT + A) to produce the accent marks.

If you don't want to use insert symbol, you could install also a Spanish
keyboard (unless you have the actual keyboard present) you can use the
on-screen keyboard as an indicator to show you where the keys are, until you
have learned them.
