I defined an autotextlist field in a document on our server.
It works fine for me...shows five list items. But when anyone else accesses it, they get a zillion autotext items, not the ones I programmed. So, Using the organizer, I copied all of the six items from my autotextlist into the document so i know they are stored in the document, not just in my normal template. I also check the styles in the document I put on the server; yes, it has the style that I used when I created the autotextlist. But still it won't display the desired list when others use it. Why? |
