when i type into word doc the first line is prefect but then the text for
line two jumps half way down the page and then again, line three goes onto
the next page? can anyone help me get back to the original normal template?
think someone might have saved changes and this is now saved as the normal?
can anyone help restore the normal?

Close Word. In Windows Explorer, locate the normal.dot file and and rename
it. The next time you start Word, a fresh normal.dot will be created.
