I'm using MS Office Word 2003 and want to create macros that include form
fields (especially including drop-down menus). I get as far as incorporating the drop down form field while recording the macro, but cannot populate the drop down menu. |

You will not be able to do this with the macro recorder, and it is not clear
*why* you want to do it with a macro, rather than simply create a form as a template with the drop down form fields already included. Perhaps if you were to explain the full nature of your requirement (including Word version) we may be able to suggest a way forwards. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org .
