I want to select all paragraphs in my document having a particular style.
This is what i do. open the styles pane. In document click in the paragraph of the style I am interested in. Click on the down arrow next to style. However the option to "select all" (paragraph having style) is greyed out and not available. How can I get it back? I have recently re installed 2 versions of word 2002 on two new machines running Vista. Neither can select all paragraphs. Is it something to do with Vista? |
