Default how can i set up a master default in microsoft word 2003

i am getting a "dot" when i press bar button on the keyboard,please help me.

Default how can i set up a master default in microsoft word 2003

I have no idea what the *Subject* of your post has to do with the question,
but what you are seeing is a non-printing character that allows you to see
what accounts for space in the document content. To hide those characters
click the ¶ button on the Standard toolbar or type Shift+Control+8 to toggle
