I'm using Word 2007. Is there a quick way to change all the graphics
in a document to grayscale? I know I can can select each one, one by one, and change them to grayscale. But is it possible to perhaps select all the graphics at once, then change all of them to grayscale at the same time? Thanks. |

Although I suppose it might be okay to submit a color file and it would be printed in black and white. But it was my understanding that the .PDF file would be printed just as it is. |

FWIW, if I print color images to a monochrome printer, the result is
inferior to printing the same images formatted as grayscale. -- Suzanne S.
